Service Areas and Specialties

Service is my specialty. I believe that by being a good listener I can provide superb service to my clients. For home sellers, I develop a marketing plan for their home according to their expectations. It is my goal to sell their home for the highest possible price, with the least amount of stress, and in a time frame comfortable to them. Together we set these parameters.

When working with buyers, my first priority is to educate them regarding the purchase process, obtaining financing, and completing the necessary steps to get us to the closing table. My eyes and ears are always open and I am constantly searching for the perfect home for them. I am always available to address areas of concern and help put them at ease to make the process more enjoyable.

Professional Experience

While attending the University of Missouri St. Louis in pursuit of my Masters in Business Administration, I began working with one of the top public relations firms in the country, Fleishman-Hillard. As a manager in their human resources department, service was a priority and my clients were the employees of the firm. This background taught me to respond to clients needs quickly, to empathize with their situations, and to be able to resolve conflicts. It also taught me how to analyze data and present information effectively. These experiences prepared me well for the world of real estate.

Professional Education and Designations

Extensive continuing education helps keep me current with market trends and license law. Each year I attend company sponsored workshops as well as training provided by outside firms. I most recently completed a training program giving me certification in working with Short Sales and Foreclosures. I am also a Residential Real Estate Specialist, a certification available only to Coldwell Banker Gundaker agents.

Personal

Although born in Chicago, I have lived in the St. Louis area for most of my life. I grew up in Ballwin and then later moved to Chesterfield where I attended Parkway West high school. After attending college at Mizzou in Columbia, Missouri I returned to St. Louis. I have always thought that St. Louis is a wonderful place to live. Here we enjoy many of the attractions, entertainment, sports teams, and retail of a larger city, without the hustle and bustle found in larger cities.

Growing up, my mom loved looking at houses and would often take me with her to open houses on Sunday afternoons. Soon I started to love looking at houses too. So whether you are buying or selling in St. Louis Hills, Chesterfield, or O'Fallon, real estate is my passion and I would love to work with you.
